Besides the desktop synchronization client, ownCloud also provides mobile applications for iOS and Android devices. As a result, you will be able to work on your projects even if you are on the go, and then have the latest version of the documents on all other devices. Remote shooting (tethered shooting) using live view and RAW development can be performed. Production possible with Sony cameras using functions such as time-lapse video creation using interval shooting of still images (RAW/JPEG) and pixel shift multi-shooting.
ownCloud makes client apps available for Windows, OS X, and Linux desktops, and for Android and iOS devices. Desktop clients are available from the ownCloud Web site. The apps for mobile devices are available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

ownCloud Commandline Client¶
The ownCloud Client packages contain a command line client,
owncloudcmd
, that canbe used to synchronize ownCloud files to client machines.owncloudcmd
performs a single sync run and then exits the synchronizationprocess. In this manner, owncloudcmd
processes the differences betweenclient and server directories and propagates the files to bring bothrepositories to the same state. Contrary to the GUI-based client, owncloudcmd
does not repeat synchronizations on its own. It also does notmonitor for file system changes.![App App](/uploads/1/3/3/9/133900290/908698014.png)

Credential Handling¶
Owncloud Desktop Client Download
By default,
owncloudcmd
reads the client configuration and uses thecredentials of the GUI synchronization client. If no client is configured, or ifyou choose to use a different user to synchronize, you can specify the userpassword setting with the usual URL pattern. For example:To synchronize the ownCloud directory
Music
to the local directorymedia/music
, through a proxy listening on port 8080
, and on a gatewaymachine using IP address 192.168.178.1
, the command line would be:![Owncloud server setup Owncloud server setup](/uploads/1/3/3/9/133900290/605593579.jpg)
